Looking forward to my team's ever first planning retreat (today) cos it's already past midnight now:)
Why first?? Well, for so many years, we have been planning with my director's unit together.. It's been really good and enriching..
But this year thought it will be good to do things differently! After all, our God is a God of new things!
This year, I am not going to make things very long and theoretical.. instead, just simply planning that's enough for my team of FCs to focus on their vision for their business this year!
Bible did mention in Habbakuk 2... "Make it PLAIN".. so think it will be good not to be too complicated this year:)
Anyway, besides planning.. the key focus is to build team up in our synergy and bonding.. hence we are in for a great time of movies, seafood dinner, karaoke and some games at the chalet if we can still tahan! Sounds fun right??
Thought this is a kairos time to do it in this manner as the team is not too big nor small.. just nice for outing like this. Perhaps when we grow to a size of 30? THen most prob back to "Bintan style" again... (LOL)
