3 Days!!

Day 3 has passed since i resumed to the previous lifestyle of not having a helper around.. only difference is I m now having 2 kiddos tagging along instead of just one Ja in the past!
Well, things are good so far.. just that Jewjew fell sick and is running a high fever of 39.8 degrees!!!
That day Jona left, I sent her to the airport at 3am.. came back around 5am... woke up by Jewjew at 8am.. and just before I sent the kiddos off, IT STARTED TO RAIN CATS AND DOGS!!!
Wow! What a test!
Anyway, I sent Ja to Aunty's place for his schoolbus... and then brought Jewjew to the doc in the midst of the heavy rain! After an eventful morning, I went to off to work..
That was Day 1...
The next day, Ja missed his schoolbus!! I had to rush down to Aunty's place to drive him to school.. Then "deposited" Jewjew there... went home to do some laundry and chores... then went to cg...
That was Day 2...
Yesterday, I wanted to put the 2 kiddos at my mum's place so that I could meet my clients...
Nevertheless, Jewjew started to have high fever!!!
In the end, I stayed to take care of her, went home with Jewjew as Ja stayed over at my mum's place..
Still burning hot!!! Hence, I had to sponge her and sponge her till she went back to 37 plus degrees.. Phew! I almost sent her to KK Hospital!!!
Then I did laundry, washed some stuff, did some chores and with Jewjew sleeping now, I can finally BLOG!!!
Well, that was how I spent my 3 days maidless.. quite enjoyable thus far.. A bit deja Vu as I was reminded of those days with Ja years ago..
I must say the vocation of a HOME MAKER is definitely not easy! But yet again, if I had the option of a stay home mum, I would gladly OPT for it! Cos the rewards of being there all time for your kiddos and upkeeping your own house are so satisfying!! In fact I was just telling Jiaying that I don't mind being a stay home mum!
But yet again, we have to face reality.. The reality that I need to WORK to maintain our lifesyle.. Well, balance is the key to life! Let me try to balance things out for the next 18 days to come!
Before I end, I must give credit to Ja! He is such a good Gorgor.. when I needed to bathe and there was no one at home, he would entertain his meimei for that 20 min shower I took by doing all sorts of stuff like singing, dancing, making animated sounds, playing hide and seek!! And Jewjew simply loves to be entertained by her gorgor! Just as long Ja doesn't always keep kissing and hugging her:)
