Jewel's first fever

Princess Jewel is down with fever..
And that explains why I am blogging at this time of the day!
I am at HOME... taking care of this girl..
Yesterday, she was running a temperature of 39.2 degree!!! If it had been 6 years ago, you would see me and CK at KK hospital A&E!!!
But yesterday, I just sent princess for a lukewarm shower.
And she thought it was very fun bathing in the middle of the night!!! (LOL)
Anyway, her fever has subsided.. but it will rise again tonight.. That's how this kind of bacteria infection goes.. (tips for parents!) Cos they are resting and not energetic in the middle of the night, hence, temperature will tend to soar...
So poor parents, we will not dare to sleep too soundly for fear that the temperature will soar too high!
So for now.. pray that princess's fever and infection will be gone real real soon!
I need to zzz a while.. to catch up on my lost sleep...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Have been down with flu, cough and lost my voice as a result of that...
Actually my voice was lost cos I was "chasing" Javier and making sure he did not run all over the shopping mall when we were in JB last sat for our zone's event.
It was a fun trip... felt that my money was very BIG there! (LOL)
Anyway, we did our hair as in we cut and did treatment and it only cost me S$35!! It was great and i am making plans to go in once a month to treat my hair (hehehe). Javier also cut his hair and even allowed his hair to be washed for the first time in a salon!! Guess it was peer pressure cos his "peers"like his Jiujiu, teacher Siying, Yeeyee and the other uncles and aunties were all seated down and having our haircut together.
Anyway he enjoyed himself very very much! For more pics, pls log on to my facebook account hehe..
Well, what am I excited about then? Oh yeah, my whole family as in Ck, myself, Ja and Jew will be going to Hongkong in April! Its our first family trip ... this year (hehe).. looking forward to it..
However, as I will be flying off to Macau for my company incentive trip first.. I am really a bit concerned how on earth can CK manage 2 kiddos on board the plane?? And with Jewjew's patterns and the fact that this will be her first flight!!!
Well, Ck is very confident that he can manage well.. He said," No prob la.. Easy one!"
Really???
Well, we will all know when the time comes:)

Easter is coming!!
Actually, i am not blogging about easter day la.. still early. But I felt a resurrection power tonight!! (LOL)
By now, my fellow bloggers would have realised tt my blog went blank suddenly....
I was shocked too! And momentary, I felt like how Serena felt when her old blog was deleted accidentally...
But thank God!! Pst always say.... whenever something needs repair, always go back to the maker.:)
Of course the maker of this blog is none other than Jordan's mummie herself!
And really thank her for resurrecting my blog again!
And yes, I think I am really addicted to BLOGS!! Cant go to bed without all these bed time stories:)

After reading all the blogs of my fellow blogmates, I felt soo soo envious!!
Everyone celebrated their V day in their own special ways! soo nice!
I spent the entire Sat (V Day) in Tampines.. with my mum, 2 maids, 1 sister and 3 kiddos!!!
Cos the Valentine is in JB...

Happy Valentine Day!!
Well, since my V day will be spent with the 2 kids as Ck will be in JB... think he decided to do the impractical yesterday instead:)
YEAH! My favourite flowers!! White Lilies...... I must say that being such a practical person... the flowers are BEAUTIFUL~~!

However, can someone tell me what to do with the flowers after that moment???
I don like dried up flowers.. SO i have decided to let the flowers BLOOM instead and they are now sitting in my living room. My helper happily placed them in the vase and when Ja saw them, he said," Wow! Beeeauutiful!!!" (U know.. with his dramtic tone??)
Besides letting them bloom, another usage is to parade in office and "show off"... also not forgetting taking pictures too!:)
Had cg on Fri, it's interesting to hear how my very adult members who have been married for 20 to 30 years share their romances and park tor days... We also did a test to discover our primary and secondary love languages and got the married couples to guess what their spouses love languages are before the answers were revealed...
(hehehe) I realised a few things though...
No matter how confident they were, most of the husbands did not managed to state their wives' primary love languages correctly!!! Reasons??? WOMEN is spelled as CHANGE!! (hehehe)
There was a couple where the husband said CONFIDENTLY:
" Well, her primary language is GIFTS!!"
And the wife said: " NoOOOO!! It's now words of affirmation!!"
Husband: "Huh!!??When did you CHANGE to that??"
(LOL)
Also, I realised that the reason why there are descrepancies is cos when any of the 5love languages is being "starved", we will start to "hunger" for that aspect to be filled! As simple as that!
So couples out there, don assume that your spouses love languages always stay constant... take time to observe and see which areas are "starving" and start "feeding" them NOW!

Wow Wow! Like I've said, Feb is indeed a month of lovey dovey romantic stuff!
My last blog sounds a bit nostalgic and reflective.. been wanting to try out that style.. BUt I realised I don really like it. At least I don feel like reading it again...
Anyway, Eve is back to her old style again! At least for now...
Well, todays's service was really so funny and there were so much true in what Pst has shared! But of course right?!! What am I talking about??!! Of course he is preaching the truth!
Anyway, it's wierd telling Ck that statement of " whatever you want.."!!! (Hahahhaha! Faint! Faint! FLIPPP!)

Happy 7th Anniversary!!

Well well, 02/02 is our wedding anniversary. 7th one by our matrimony date. In fact, if we were to go by our ROM date, we were officially married in the eyes of law on 22/02/2001.. and hence, we would be celebating our 8th anniversary soon! (LOL) So many dates to celebrate..Feb is a month of Romance (haha)
Anyway, we always go by the date in the eyes of God (hehe)..hence 02/02!
Nothing romantic happened.. for those of you who are guessing and fantasizing:)))
We brought the kids for Mac Donalds lunch at Lot one.. THen brought Ja to the doc for his X-ray (his leg is healing vey well! Thank God!). After which we sent him to my mum's place.. why?? Cos he wanted to tag along with us for dinner!! Of course,
NO WAY!
But it was very funny when we tried to "shake" him off... Firstly, we tried to explain to him that it's our wedding anniversary today.. so..
"Ja, you go Popo house can?" Daddy and Mummy would like to celebrate our wedding anniversary day!"
Ja: "Why? Today is your wedding? Mummy, where is your gown?"
Moi: "No la.. no gown.. church wedding over long time ago already.."
Ja: " I know! Daddy, have you bought the ring? Wedding must have ring one lei.. Can I be your page boy for your wedding later? Is there going to be a wedding dinner too"
(FAINT!!)
In the end, we have to explain in such a way that it's like we are celebrating birthday.. Our wedding "birthday"... (LOL)
KIDS!!!
Anyway, Ck and I went to this Japanese restarant at river view hotel.. A la carte buffet! $33+++ per pax and the food is really authentic Jap food!! Very Yummy! not much ambience but think at our age, we prefer to go for Good food! HEE!
After dinner, we went to Rendezvous Hotel............................................
(HEY!!!) WHAT ARE YOU THINKING OF??!!
We went to the Coffee Club at Rendezvous Hotel to drink coffee! Our favourite place and past time since Park Tor days..
Well, we made plans for our lives esp for this year... the breakthroughs we want to see..
I mean, it has been a good 7 years.. and God has been so great to us! From nothing to where we are today!!
People always say 7th year is the year that the married couple will start to "itch"..
Well, indeed we are itching..
Itching for MORE!! hehehe...")
Like what Ck said, There is MORE! So we are definitely believing for MORE for our lives this year!!
