Had a very busy yet FRUITFUL weekend:)
It's amazing what God can do when you step into His rest and assurance that He is our Abba who provides:)
Anyway, congrats to Derrick and Ruxin for receiving the anointed BANDANA from Pst Phil! IT was so funny that me and Claire were laughing while seated at the back of the hall:)
Brought the kiddos for grocery shopping yesterday.. We went to Jurong Point at 10.30pm cos of their 24hr NTUC Fairprice..
Oh ya... SHE DID IT AGAIN.... I was referring to Missy Jewel... She 'attacked' her gorgor Ja cos he was disturbing her in the car::)) So don't even try to irritate her man! See the casualty below:
It was very funny at the NTUC.. I was taking Gardenia White bread and putting it into the pushcart..when the princess said "Mummm Mummm"... Oh my.. I forgot that gardenia white bread is her favourite snack! Hence, even before we paid for it, we had to take out a piece for her to savour while sitting in the pushcart! I was so scared the security would come after me!
Another funny conversation took place when we were eating at Mac yesterday...
Ck and I were talking about water baptism that took place in church yesterday... how it was pouring cats and dogs... when Ja joined in the conversation....
Ja: Daddy, do you know why the floor was filled with carpets in church today?
CK: Oh ya why? (He just flowed with him)
Ja: Oh they had water baptism la.. You know why it rained so heavily today also?
Ja: Cos there was a big man who stepped into the baptism pool and all the water gushed out! Thats why everyone became wet too!
Ck: Hahahaha Really? Who is the big man? (We thought Ja was referring to ck cos he was baptising the members and u know.. he is big too!)
Ja: God la!!
Me and CK: ????!!???!!

Ja: YOu know ah.. actually God is not real..
Me and CK: Huh... WHY??
Ja: I mean, God is real but only in America.. In Singapore, He is not real...
Ck: Why do you say that?
Ja: Mmmmmm... actually nothing la.. I am joking la!
So as you can see, we feel Ja is getting more aware of God and His being.. He is starting to question, observe, challenge....
We are praying that he will have a personal encounter with God cos we realised Ja asked many many questions that cannot be satisfied by just a model standard answer. An encounter and experience is what he needs. So Lord let Your will be done, Amen!

Brought Ja and Jew to ION after Ja's school ended..
Recently we enjoy going to ION Food Opera.. love the roast duck, char siew and especially the fried hokkie prawn noodles there! YUMMY! The price is a bit steeper for a food court though. But since its an ATAS one... we felt it was ok as the standard of the food is GOOD!
Oh and we love the fish-shaped Japanese Pan cake at the stalls outside the food opera too! DELICIOUS!
Jew LOVES SHOPPING! She got so excited running around in ION that we had to "catch" her again:)
Ja DOESNT'T like shopping (unless he gets to buy something...)
That's the difference between GALS and BOYS! Hahaha:)
Anyway, brought them to BORDERS after that and they love it!
Jew loves running all over and taking books off the shelves!
Ja loves to "squat" in one corner and read books like "The Art of making the movie "SPIDERMAN"...(Basically lots of photos and little words!!)
Then brought them to LOT ONE (CCK) to play at the water play area and playground while I go off for my appointment with a client.
These are the times when I really love having a flexible job::)) I get to control my time:)
Georgie's 1st birthday is drawing near:) Excited cos the kids and myself can SWIM!!! Yeah! Not forgetting the gathering of the mothers and kids on that day!
Thinking of getting him his FIRST pair of authentic CROCS:) Just bought a pair for Jewel last week. They are sure expensive! But yet so cute with the cartoon buttons u can purchase (separately!) to attach on. How I wish I was the one who came up with CROCS concept! I would be a multi millionaire now!!! Sigh!
Ok stop wishing and start WORKING! Tmr will be early start... So TOODLES!

Was not feeling well.. has not been feeling too good for last 2 weeks.. The flu bug has been extending its holiday in my body.
Nevertheless, Jona was off today so I can spend really good quality time with the kiddos:)
After service, we went to Ethan's (Pst Derek's eldest boy) birthday party! It was at Jurong SAFRA, just diagonally opposite the MRT station. It has Asia's longest slide? ( At least that's what they claimed). Indeed, the slide is 3 storeys high!!! Quite SHIOK but I didnt slide down:(
Cos firstly, I have fear of heights and secondly, Jewel was with me! Anyway the place is kinda like those kids play gym thingy where they and parents can climb up and down, in and out of holes and the whole structure is 3 levels high!!
The kids played from 4 till 7.30pm!! I am EXHAUSTED!
After that we went to have dinner and Bt Panjang Plaza and the 2 kiddos played on the playground yet again!! SUPER TIRED TIRED for me cos Jew was running all over the place and I had to "catch" her!
SO can you imagine how i am feeling now? Stuffy nose with itchy throat and a very tired body! But it's still worth it cos Jew actually didnt want to follow Jona to her room to sleep which she used to want to go (as she is used to sleeping with Jona after our shift).
OOHH!! She miss me::)))
Hahahahaha.. Ok its a self gratification thingy.. but I LIKE IT!:)
Going to zzz now....

Wow! I am finally blogging again! Been busy with exams, and also cos blogger had some hiccups so unable to blog with pictures.
So what's been happening? Honestly I also dunno where to start. Perhaps let me bring you through the pictures and do a photo blog instead!
Day at the Zoo:
Can u see how BIG Jew's tummie is now? Cos she has been asking for "Mumm mumm" Not me (Mum) but Food (MUMM!):)
Went to NDP preview with Ja.. That was just a week before national day and boy I was very tired cos I just had one major paper in that morning and then received news that I had 2 tickets to NDP preview! But it was worth the trip cos the fireworks were spectacular! Ja was so excited that he kept shouting "I Love Singapore!"
On national day itself, Ja wanted to catch the fireworks again.. so we went to Marina Sq Food Court n poor CK carried him throughout while waiting for the spectacular show! Can u catch them in the pic? So to the daddys out there... this is the price to pay! hehehe
Jewel is growing up fast! She is such a cutie now and she loves to doll up! As for Ja, he is going to Pri one in 5 mths time! Well, at the end we decided not to go into the frenzy mode of balloting so we decided to enrol him into Bt Timah Pri Sch. He is pretty excited about it as he will be in the same school as his little aunty!
These were taken when we went bowling the other time!
Shopping for bags! Pretty much like her mum!
How time flies! Many of the babies born last year are turning 1 in the next few months! And for Jew, she is almost one and half yrs old!
Well, recently have been thinking.. should we? Or should we not??.... Hehehe guess what we r thinking of?
